Our Integrity We always strive to enhance the quality of life for the current and future residents of the communities where we work. We become active members in these communities, and we are committed to making sure that our plans contribute to future of the area.

With our Centennial Crossing development in Milliken, Colorado , we were able to build numerous amenities for the residents of the region, without requiring the use of their tax dollars. During the initial planning phases of our community, we turned to the civic leaders in Milliken for advice, asking how we could include the current residents in all of our plans. Based on our continued dialogue, we recognized that we could help the community in many ways. We included a museum and a library in our plans, along with a community recreation center that had indoor and outdoor pools. We contributed these amenities to the town by entering a unique, long term financing agreement with Milliken. Milliken will reimburse us with proceeds they collect from new home sales in our Centennial Crossing development.

Whether it's through adding amenities to the areas where we work, or by donating our services or making financial gifts to worthwhile charities, we do all that we can to maintain our commitment to building brighter futures.
