Hall-Irwin was contracted to build the Element by Westin hotel at 1 Marshall Road in Superior, CO, a LEED-certified, 4-story hotel just off the Boulder Turnpike/Hwy 36. This was Glacier's first Element hotel in Colorado, and it quickly became a popular stop for business people and tourists alike. Its features include studio and one-bedroom suites with modular furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, and luxury bathrooms; 600 sf of meeting space; a gourmet pantry; 24-hour fitness center; heated outdoor pool; and free Wi-Fi.
