Based on our success in building the Power Motive Corporation facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming, PMC they also engaged us to deliver their second location in Milliken, Colorado. Our design-build team delivered these projects which included constructing an 11,800 SF tilt-up concrete building. Both buildings feature a heavy-equipment maintenance shop with 2 service bays, a wash bay, overhead cranes, and an oil/water separator. They also include offices, a parts warehouse, and a conference room.
