First Quarter News

We are off to a good start this year.

For project starts in the first quarter. We have two!

We have started on the Selby Ranch subdivision in Colorado Springs. Hall-Irwin will provide 163 duplex lots for AHV Communities upon completion. Josh Turnwald manages this project.

After completing the construction of the Element by Westin in Superior a few years ago, the Marshall Fire over New Year completely destroyed the hotel. We have contracted again with the owner to complete the demo of the hotel while they decide if they would like to rebuild the structure.
