About the event

You are cordially invited to join us for the unveiling of our new Hitachi EX1200 excavator.  The EX1200 is a state of the art excavator and the latest addition to the Hall Irwin fleet to tackle deeper, more difficult, and more complex slurry walls.  The event will take place at the Sweet Valley Reservoir Complex, the first project where we will use the new Hitachi.  There the new machine will dig up to 75' down into bedrock to create two new, slurry wall-lined reservoirs for the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District (water storage) and J-2 Contracting (mining operations).

Food and refreshments to be provided by Arnold Machinery and Hall Irwin.  We encourage you to bring along colleagues or other interested parties to tour the site, network with industry professionals, and see the new machine up close and personal.

***MSHA SAFETY REQUIREMENT: As this event will take place within an active mining site, please bring your own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety vests, closed-toe shoes, and long pants (if you don't have PPE, it will be provided but we have a limited number of sets available). Thank you for your cooperation.
