The high-quality services we provide
Hall-Irwin is a General Contractor with 60 years of experience providing exceptional and honest preconstruction and construction services. We strive to deliver the highest overall quality and value to our clients by combining our experience with the best subcontractors in the industry. We offer construction management services for all types of contracts, including Design-Build, Design-Assist, Design-Bid-Build, CM/GC, Competitive Bid, CMAR, and GMP.
Working toward a brighter future for our clients, employees, and community requires us to actively pursue and refine our productivity and continue to improve how we build. Hall-Irwin’s success and reputation will continue to be measured by our ability to grow and improve beyond today’s standards as we contribute to Colorado’s progressive development.

Land Development
Working with respected home builders throughout Northern Colorado, we help prepare the way for excellent housing communities. Our clients continually return to Hall-Irwin for our quality, ability to meet schedule, and outstanding management teams.
We are privileged to foster much-needed growth for the Front Range housing market so that new residents can enjoy our beautiful state as much as we do.
Vertical Construction
Hall-Irwin has been selected to construct a variety of vertical projects over the last few decades, including parks, hotels, municipal buildings, and residential. The diversity of our portfolio exemplifies our desire to build more than just a place to live - we build communities.
We take extra pride in our projects because we live and work in the communities we help to build. This is our home - let's make it beautiful together.

Water Storage
In 1990, Hall-Irwin built the nation’s first slurry wall around a gravel pit at the Siebring Reservoir, and we’ve continued perfecting the art ever since. This is the only self-performing crew we run, and they are the best in the state.
We have designed and built water storage ponds from Cheyenne to Pueblo, and not one of our slurry walls has ever leaked.
